For more than twenty-five years, Anna Gong has helped organizations navigate growth, transformation, and change across North America, Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East. As a founder, operator, board advisor, and entrepreneur, her experience spans founder-led businesses, global technology organizations, boardrooms, and family-owned enterprises facing periods of growth, complexity, and strategic transition.
Throughout her career, Anna has held leadership roles across enterprise software and technology organizations, building businesses, developing strategic partnerships, leading international expansion, and helping organizations scale across markets and stages of growth.
As Founder and CEO of Perx Technologies, she built and scaled a global enterprise software company serving leading financial institutions, telecommunications providers, retailers, and consumer brands across more than twenty markets. As Chairwoman, she continues to advise on long-term strategy, governance, leadership succession, and AI-era modernization.
Having spent her career operating across startups, enterprises, boards, and international markets, Anna brings both strategic perspective and firsthand experience to moments that require judgment, alignment, and execution.
